We have a new assignment for the global Derma and Healthcare business of Beiersdorf, the fastest growing skincare company in the world. Our sister agency Publicis One Touch handles the global NIVEA business since 2019 in local, regional and global markets, creating even more scale for our agency business. RED brands include highly successful Eucerin/Aquaphor (dermatological face/body care), and Hansaplast (wound care), both brands with deep heritage and very bright futures. Our scope of work is end-to-end, including all global strategic, creative and production duties, as well as market implementation. Our remit is to usher in a new era of brand leadership and global consistency for these brands. Purpose of Role: This role is responsible for administration of the client account, specifically the integration and steering of digital and social media services within the agency ensuring successful, on-time deliverables. The AD will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, always-on, production, implementation, adaptation to ensure successful execution and final delivery. In addition to the Client Partner, the AD is the strategic advisor and responsible for nurturing and expanding long-term client relationships. Understand and act on needs of local markets/regions in terms of what global team produces and how it works with them Actively shaping and promoting the agency model, especially in relation to social media and digital business. Monitor performance metrics and ensure data-driven optimizations. Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, implementation, adaptation) to ensure high quality deliverables and seamless project execution. Oversee project timelines, budgets & resource allocation to meet objectives. Identify potential risks and proactively ufb01nd solutions to mitigate them. Identify new opportunities within the account to expand service offerings. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure a culture of creativity, proactive problem-solving and accountability. Qualifikationen Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related ufb01eld or equivalent qualiufb01cation. Proven experience (8 years) in global account management or a similar role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. Strong experience and understanding of global campaign management, social media and digital integration. Profound leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration. Strong understanding of trends, emerging technologies, besr practices and AI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and inufb02uence stakeholders at all levels. Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with a focus on delivering results aligned with business objectives. Business ufb02uency in English (written and spoken), near-native presentation skills in English (written and spoken). Health Care and/or Derma experience is a plus.
