Senior Ad Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt
Your Tasks:
Creative Development & Trafficking:
* Partner with the Creative Team to ensure all ad creatives meet platform specifications and technical requirements.
* Coordinate with the Consulting Team, Traders, and Creative Team to develop and deploy dynamic creatives.
Ad Trafficking & Tag Management:
* Generate placements and ad tags within the ad server, distributing them to the Campaign Delivery Team.
* Manage third-party measurement pixel integrations, including auditing pixels within the ad server.
* Ensure consistent tracking and reporting by adhering to naming conventions and taxonomy across client campaigns.
* Ensure seamless website tagging by mapping websites and providing precise pixel implementation guidelines to clients and developers.
* Validate and troubleshoot pixel implementation to ensure flawless tracking and data accuracy.
Technical Troubleshooting & Process Optimization:
* Serve as the primary escalation point for clients and internal teams, diagnosing technical issues and optimizing workflows.
* Troubleshoot creative-related technical issues to maintain seamless ad delivery.
* Establish scalable, repeatable Ad Ops processes with clear documentation and automation where possible.
Your Profile:
Required Skills:
* 2–3 years of experience with ad servers (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Adition).
* Proficiency in ad management, including creative specs, tracking pixels, tag management, and technical troubleshooting.
* Understanding of ad formats and placement requirements across platforms.
* Passion for AdTech/MarTech trends (e.g., server-side tracking, privacy sandboxes, DCO, CDP integrations).
* Highly organized with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
* Ability to adapt to platform updates and industry changes.
* Strong English communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
* Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio, and major DMPs/CDPs.
* Experience with dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
* Proficiency in German.
