Core Responsibilities Support the activities related to Time & Attendance, clock ins, clock outs, upload of incidences, disabilities, absences etc. Support corrections in employee?s timecards. Generate reports to review and audit timecards to guaranty the transactions are fully correct. Resolution of tickets inquires and request of corrections. Support in projects related to T&A improvements Note: this position is required to be working on weekends with 2 days off from Tuesday to Friday. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years. As Assistant, you are responsible for delivering a service to all the customers of the BSO. This means to meet the customers? expectations and provide them with a professional service, incorporating the LEGO values. Knowledge in time managements, capturing absences and incidences and corrections. ERPs experience, not necessarily in SAP but in other platforms. Skills delivering tasks according to a deadlines and agreements. Knowledge in time & attendance Is key to perform this role.
