Your mission Lead and scale customer implementation projects for Laboperator on a technical, support and business level. Ensure that customer projects go smoothly and lead to high user adoption and activities, especially at Key Accounts in Pharma etc. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time, within scope, and on budget, while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. By leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, risk management, and client satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Coordinate and track all activities with internal and customer-stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process and post deployment Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements for future deployments. Participate in internal standups with the customer implementation team Required tech stack PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or similar certifications. Advanced certifications like PgMP (Program Management Professional) are a plus Agile/Scrum/Waterfall: Proficiency in various project management methodologies and frameworks, with the ability to tailor approaches to specific project needs xperience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Jira/Confluence experience is a plus Knowledge of computer system architecture, understanding of how web services and web applications work is desirable Your profile You have an empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our clients in the best and fastest way possible. Track record of managing delivery of complex SaaS or related solutions to customers Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with both customers and internal partners in German and English. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment and work cross-functionally. You can quickly learn how to present the software and its functionality and webinars to a diverse audience of users and customers. Your work attitude is professional and friendly. Great time management/organization A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
