Your Role
* You are responsible for the inbound and outbound lead generation process at Motius
* Development of the process, the tools and the activities in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing
* You coordinate our external lead generation support partners
* You identify, approach and qualify potential new customers
* Carrying out market and trend analyses and deriving measures that you implement together with our marketing team and/or our account management team
Your Profile
* Initial experience in the area of lead generation/customer service/ inside sales in a B2B environment, ideally in a consulting or tech start-up environment
* Commercial training or degree in Business Administration, TUM-BWL, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar
* You are enthusiastic about new technologies and products and have a strong analytical mindset
* Strong communication skills in German and English as well as a confidence in dealing with various stakeholders and across different media (phone, e-mail, social media)
