Relevant Business Degree, with a Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business management specialization
~5+ years of relevant professional experience in RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance or Consulting in FMCG
~ Effective stakeholder management, strong resilience, and the flexibility to quickly grasp cross-functional areas.
~ Role needs strong acumen to drive data-driven-decision-making, develop strategy and penetrate and track action plans
~ Excellent knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel (Power Query or Power BI experience is a plus)
~ Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
