Working Student (m/f/d) in Human Resources – Maternity Leave Cover (1.5 Years)
Location : Munich (must have)
Very good German communication skills required!
Your Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of Human Resources in Germany, including recruitment, administrative tasks, implementation of the Group HR policies: competencies development, performance management, fostering positive workplace relation.
* Lead the entire recruitment process for Germany, from job postings to contract signature, to fill open positions
* Coordinate onboarding of new employees, follow with the managers the trial period of employees recruited
* Maintain and manage personnel files and HR databases
* Draft employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and references, and make sure they are properly signed once validated.
* Provide operational and administrative support for daily HR tasks
* Make sure HR processes are well implemented in Germany and follow them :
* Implementation of training validated
* Provide support to employees and do HR interviews to understand their need and expectations
* Manage implementation of compensation decisions
* Assist with labor law inquiries and employee requests
* Contribute to HR projects
Your Profile
* Enrolled (Masters) student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
* Interest in HR and some experience through former internships
* Autonomous, structured, and detail-oriented working style
* Reliability, strong organizational skills and a high service orientation
* Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
