Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to actively build on existing early deal success and accelerate sales, while optimizing the company's sales playbook. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on Deal Leadership: Engage with senior executives at insurance companies, HMOs, and hospitals to secure new commercial deals, utilizing your expertise and network to initiate and lead high-impact negotiations.
* Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets by closing significant deals with healthcare organizations, ensuring consistent growth in sales.
* Team expansion: prepare infrastructure and processes to expand sales team across key territories as sales accelerate
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of senior sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successfully driving early deals with insurance companies, HMOs, and hospital systems.
* Proven success in closing high-value deals and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
* Hands-on, execution-focused, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Experience in building sales teams from the ground up in tech startups or other new business initiatives
