Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Education Support Team in Potsdam, as a student worker, 8 hours a week, as soon as possible (1st of March until 31st of October 2025).
* Supporting of administrative issues (e.g. travel logistics, hotel issues, cultural programme)
* Social and non-academic support of the participants
* Giving advice to participants during office hours and in the WhatsApp group)
* Accompanying participants in Potsdam (e. g. from hotel to Gisma)
* Technical support in the programme communication platform PG Campus
* Printing of training and programme materials
Your profile
* Residence in Potsdam or nearby with good knowledge of Potsdam city and the region
* C1 in Englisch and C1 in Russian, German knowledge appreciated
* 2 years of professional experience in logistics and organization of events and trips
* 1 year of training or professional experience outside of Germany (e.g. international training experience, participation in international programs, study or work abroad)
* 2 years of experience in using learning and collaboration platforms such as MS Teams
