Position Overview
The Director HR Communication & Change (m/f/d) is part of the People Strategy & Culture team within Fresenius Group HR. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing initiatives that support effective employee communication, engagement and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of HR communications and change programs to ensure alignment with the organization's values, mission, and business objectives.
2. Work closely with HR leadership to support HR functional communication as required.
