Acting as an interface between Customer Service and Production. Error analysis and problem-solving in case of disruptions in the production process, e.g., machine issues or material shortages. Analyzing and optimizing production workflows to improve efficiency. Utilizing and maintaining production planning and control systems, especially SAP. Supporting the continuous improvement of planning processes and operational workflows. Qualifications: Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, logistics and freight forwarding, industrial and production management, or a comparable field. Ideally, initial experience in production planning and control. Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP-R3 MM and PP, as well as strong knowledge of Office applications, especially Excel. Strong communication skills with fluent German and good English proficiency. High level of commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
