As part of our Developer Productivity Team - which consists of about 45 people - you will support us in this endeavor. You will work with us to develop software solutions that support and integrate our employees in their everyday lives and workflows.
Your tasks:
* With your enthusiasm for the topic of developer productivity, you shape the content orientation of our department and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
* You navigate difficult topics confidently, develop visions and strategies for our unit as well as for the project teams, and represent them convincingly in committees.
* You record requirements, analyze, reconcile, validate and prioritize them and maintain the product backlog.
* You draw on in-depth experience in the field of software development and promote and demand a product-oriented way of working in the project team
* You act as a mentor and develop the vision of the product and convey it to all contact persons.
* You will be significantly involved in the co-design of projects within the framework of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and act confidently in an international context.
* You will coordinate content and strategic requirements with all stakeholders to ensure seamless product launches and continuous development.
* You will promote cooperation with other organizational units and help shape solutions for the implementation and optimization of SAFe.
Your Profile:
* You want to help shape the digital transformation of Mercedes-Benz together with our team, initiate changes and contribute your innovative ideas.
* You have experience in identifying potential business opportunities derived from the divisional strategy.
* You have a strong technological background and can draw on several years of experience in software development.
* You have experience in requirements management using tools such as user story mapping as well as a product-oriented mindset.
* You are characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions, and a self-organized way of working.
* You know strategies and tools in the field of developer productivity/developer experience and are able to drive them forward and are open to new things and ready to adapt quickly to new trends or changes.
* For you, agility is more than Scrum meetings and processes.
* You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on (business) informatics or comparable training.
* You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
