You will be responsible for the coordination of the program related to the 3LoD (Lines of Defence) and their implementations.
The program's Phase 4 main objective is the implementation of the selected GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tool.
You will report to the Head of Organization, Business Processes & Architecture (CEO Office Business Line).
Your next challenge:
* Serve as the subject-matter-expert on 3LoD implementation, guiding the organization in understanding and adopting the framework.
* Drive the execution of the 3LoD program, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, with a focus on implementing the GRC tool.
* Coordinate with all stakeholders, including senior management, project team, and external vendors, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about the program's objectives and progress.
* Maintain clear and constant communication with the program team and stakeholders about the program status, emphasizing the importance of the GRC tool in enhancing our risk management capabilities.
* Manage any changes to the program scope, schedule and costs.
* Arbitrate questions between lines when possible or address these questions at the right level (e.g. 3 LoD Coordination Committee), ensuring the GRC tool is utilized effectively to facilitate these discussions.
* Identify potential program risks and develop contingency plans.
* Ensure the program deliverables meet the BIL quality standards and expectations, with a key focus on the successful implementation and integration of the GRC tool.
* Support 3LoD Program effort (e.g., committees, communication and training, policy maintenance, controls documentation, etc.), emphasizing the role of the GRC tool in these processes.
Your skills:
You have:
* An excellent knowledge of the Bank's organization and a good understanding of GRC tools and their implementation.
* A proven experience in project coordination, preferably with experience in implementing GRC tools.
* Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication / interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various stakeholders.
* The ability to identify and manage potential risks, and to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility in the implementation of the GRC tool.
* The ability to bring people together and find initiatives to achieve a common objective, with a focus on the successful implementation of the GRC tool.
* The ability to focus on detailed tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness, particularly in relation to the configuration and use of the GRC tool.
* Experience any of the 3 lines of defence is considered an asset, with a strong understanding of how the GRC tool can support these functions.
