Job description
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the picking department.
Main responsibilities
* Manage the team in the picking department (recruitment, induction, training, appraisal interviews, skills development, planning management,...),
* Manage and participate in innovative projects for the department and the company (digitalisation,...),
* Developing the department by promoting continuous improvement in quality and updating of documentation,
* Organising and running the day-to-day activities of the department.
Profile required
* Experienced manager,
* Project management skills,
* Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities,
* Writing skills,
* Computer skills,
* Dynamic and proactive,
* Fluent in French; German, Luxembourgish and English are an asset,
* Driving licence required.
