* Support the HR Department and management on individual labour law matters.
* Draft official documents and policies for the company and its business units.
* Oversee and eventually lead compliance management, ensuring adherence to law.
* Handle complex legal issues across various business areas, esp. procurement.
* Provide comprehensive legal support and consultancy to other departments.
* Manage claims and disputes, while proactively overseeing the quality and cost of external legal counsel.
* Qualified German lawyer with two state exams and first experience in a law firm or legal department, with an affinity on labour law, data protection, and compliance in Germany.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in both German and English, for both written and oral negotiations
* Experience or interest in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
