You can look forward to
You will be responsible for processing statements of account and claims processing for the US Casualty business as well as maintaining the accounts of our business partners.
1. Processing statements of account including technical scrutiny as well as claims processing for US Casualty business
2. Sanktionsprüfung
3. Correspondence and reconciliation with internal interfaces and external customers
4. Electronic archiving of documents
5. Maintaining the accounts set up for our business partners, including the necessary correspondence to clarify open transactions
6. Processing balances with regard to completeness and transferring the calculated balances to SAP or initiating payments manually
7. Processing of broker statements and statements submitted by direct companies
8. Initiating the creation of new bank accounts
9. Processing of payments made with settlement of accounts including payment and exchange rate differences
10. Reminding outstanding items and processing of payments and technical postings that cannot be clearly allocated as well as special payment-related cases
You come equipped with
11. Degree in business administration or commercial training
12. Initial experience in accounting (e.g. from the areas of insurance, banking, tax) and in the expert processing of statements of account is an asset
13. Curiosity to familiarise yourself with different IT landscapes
14. Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
15. Independent user skills in German and English
16. Very good numerical reasoning and capacity for analytical thinking
17. Self-reliant and independent style of working
18. Assured and service-minded approach to internal and external customers
