Lead the planning, designing and delivery of related drug development projects being in different stages of the development and manage the project leads Be responsible for the continuous progress of the projects considering the project objectives, opportunities and risks. Provide senior executives with consolidated information to support decision making. Ensure in collaboration with the Head of Portfolio Management the oversight of program’s delivery performance, project risks, budget, timelines, vendors, and streamline the work and results of cross-functional teams. Act as a project lead for selected and assigned projects. Professional qualifications: you hold a degree in a scientific or health care discipline, such as medicine, pharmacy, biology, biochemistry or equivalent. Alternatively, you are qualified through relevant experience. Solid experience as a project lead plus at least 5 years professional experience in global clinical research program management. Experience in conducting clinical trials in APAC region - especially China - would be a plus. Leadership qualities paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the interest and empathy required to manage complexities Willingness to lead and motivate project teams and to collaborate with senior stakeholders. Strategic and analytical way of thinking in combination with problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
