Xpedite Diagnostics is one of the most innovative companies in the field of DNA/RNA extraction. At our headquarters in Hallbergmoos, in the immediate vicinity of Munich Airport, we develop and produce innovative extraction technologies that not only help to accelerate and simplify diagnostic workflows, but also open up the possibility of carrying out molecular tests in small laboratories and even directly in doctor's offices. Xpedite Diagnostics is certified according to ISO 13485:2016 and is a registered IVD manufacturer.
Our constantly growing team currently consists of 10 highly motivated employees of different nationalities and with exciting personalities. We combine our strengths and support each other with the aim of establishing Xpedite Diagnostics as an internationally known provider of DNA/RNA extraction solutions. We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) to acquire and support our customers and research partners. The focus here is on US, UK, South European Countries, Middle East. Tasks
• Customer acquisition by contacting potential companies and research institutes, using traditional channels (email, telephone) but also social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, Insta...)
• Regular customer appointments where you discuss the benefits of our technology and find out how we can best support the customer with projects
• Organizing workshops and webinars to maintain and expand our customer base
• Participation in conferences and trade fairs, where you talk to people openly and proactively
• Advice, training and technical support for customers on how to use our products optimally (you can count on the expertise of our R&D team if you ever get stuck)
• Continuous maintenance of our CRM system
• Support in finding new cooperation projects and cooperation partners
• Support in optimizing our website, our presentation at conferences, trade fairs and other marketing activities
Requirements
• You have a master's degree in a molecular biology topic
• Your aim is to fulfill customer wishes to the maximum and work on potential concerns together with the customer
• You shine through your proactive appearance at all types of molecular biology events
• You are a networker and can exchange ideas professionally on our subject areas
• You can think “outside the box”
• English is either your native language or you speak it fluently
• You can also communicate fluently in at least one other language (like our international team)
• An independent way of working and organizational skills are among your strengths
• You enjoy being on the move and are willing to travel for at least 50% of your working time
• You bring team spirit, openness and a positive attitude (so that you fit in with us )
We aim to expedite molecular diagnostics by providing innovative and smart nucleic acid extraction products. Our core expertise is the rapid extraction of DNA and RNA with a growing portfolio of kits, which leverage our Reverse Purification and Cell-Capture technology. The field of application can be Human Diagnostics, Animal Health, Life Science Research as well as Food Safety.
