Your mission
* Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for earthmoving equipment
* Establish and develop relationships with local dealers and dealer networks
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract conclusion
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met
* Achieve sales targets and objectives for earthmoving equipment in line with company objectives
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure competitive, profitable results
Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
* 10+ years of sales and dealer management experience in the heavy equipment or earthmoving industry
* Strong knowledge of the French market with experience to develop and leverage industry networks
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent in French and English, knowledge of other languages an advantage
* Willing to travel throughout France and occasionally abroad
