As a Working Student (all genders) in the field of Licensing and Quality Management at V-Label, you'll support our team by reviewing and managing customer data, working with various tools, and helping to make different processes even more efficient. Job Details Reports to : V-Label Manager QM Department: V-Label Location: Berlin, Germany or remote within Germany Hours: 20h per week Salary: 14,21 € per hour Responsibilities You support the processing of our licensing procedures You ensure that customer data is up-to-date, complete, and accurate You communicate with our customers and respond to their inquiries You help document processes and make them easy to understand You research relevant background information for the V-Label team You maintain and further develop documentation such as process descriptions You assist in researching and evaluating potentially critical ingredients and manufacturing processes in both food and non-food areas Qualifications Required: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and your studies will continue for at least 3 more semester You are fluent in German (native level) and can communicate well in English (minimum C1) – both written and spoken You’re curious about the vegan status of consumer goods and excited to learn more You enjoy analytical tasks, think in a structured way, and have a keen eye for detail You work independently and reliably, and communicate clearly You have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team – including remotely Nice to have: You are studying a subject such as nutrition, food technology, food chemistry, marketing, business, law, biotechnology, cosmetology, pharmacy, or quality management You already have experience in customer support You’re comfortable with numbers and proficient in working with Excel spreadsheets You have some experience with data synchronization Benefits of working with us Flexible working hours with the option of compensating overtime with time off.
