The opportunity: We are currently looking for a HR Officer to join our Human Resources Team. This role, which reports directly to the HR Manager, is vital in supporting both the HR department and the HR Manager. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, fostering a positive work environment, and providing direct support to the HR Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
