Responsibilities :
Job Summary:
The Hardware Specialist D-A-CH provides internal technical support for complex issues in order to maximize customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability of our products. The primary support focus will be on onsite service activities but also includes remote support. The role reports directly to the Manager Service Delivery DACH.
Responsibilities:
- Level 3 Technical Support
- Management of hardware escalations
- identification / resolution of fleet related service quality issues
- Remote Support of Technicians / Partners
- Commercial & technical decision to replace devices in field
- Failure investigation, documentation, testing & resolution
- direct contact to development / product engineering
- providing hands-on and remote hardware related technician trainings
- direct customer and partner contact in sometimes critical situations
Qualifications:
- English / (native) German is required
- valid drivers license (car) required
- technical and solution oriented background required
- ideally "printer technician" education
