As Global Talent and Development Manager (m/f/d) you will design and execute strategies to ensure the development, retention, and engagement of talents across INNIO. This role focuses on building leadership capabilities, streamlining talent processes, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.
Your work location is in the HQ in Jenbach, Austria. Home Office up to 50% is an option.
Your Responsibilities:
* Define and implement INNIO's talent management framework to support organizational and leadership growth, ensuring efficiency and impact
* Drive performance management enhancements, including calibration meetings and effective goal-setting practices
* Develop and coordinate Talent and Succession Reviews, creating high-potential talent pools
* Implement leadership development programs to accelerate the growth of key talent
* Create and manage innovative learning solutions, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring programs
* Collaborate with HR and leadership to align talent initiatives with business needs and close talent gaps
* Monitor and report on talent-related KPIs to drive continuous improvement
* Ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into all talent management processes
* Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
* Extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related HR function, ideally in a global organization
* Proven expertise in designing and implementing talent management frameworks and processes
* Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to monitor and report on critical KPIs effectively
* Experience in an international company, service orientation and proactive working style
* Enthusiastic team player who likes to help shape things
* Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
