What you’ll do
As a Key Account Manager for the DACH region, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key business clients, distributors, and partners across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your role will focus on driving sales and expanding our presence within the B2B market, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Consumer Electronics sector and a strong understanding of B2B dynamics, including working with enterprise clients, resellers, and channel partners.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop tailored solutions, optimise sales performance, and achieve business objectives.
How you’ll do it
1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B accounts across the DACH region, including corporate clients, distributors, resellers.
2. Drive growth by executing strategic plans, including account planning, forecasting, and tailored sales execution to meet business goals.
3. Identify opportunities for sales growth and lead the execution of targeted business development plans to increase market share in key B2B product categories.
4. Monitor account performance, align with sales targets, and proactively push for overachievement of KPIs to ensure maximum client satisfaction and business outcomes.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies that are aligned with the specific needs of the B2B market across the DACH region.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Planning, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure smooth product delivery, optimise inventory levels, and maintain a high level of service to business clients.
7. Use data-driven insights to identify new opportunities for sales growth, risk mitigation, and market expansion.
8. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend opportunities for product development, customization, and new market penetration.
9. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts based on data, customer insights, and market analysis to guide strategic decisions.
10. Collaborate with entire sales team including channel support to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximise results and achieve goals
11. Travel regularly to attend trade shows, partner meetings, and customer sites across the DACH region to build relationships, present new solutions, and drive sales opportunities.
12. Champion our products, ensuring that all B2B clients are fully aware of our offerings and how they can benefit from our technology.
13. Be passionate about product; understand and champion Belkin products and categories.

What you’ll need
16. Fluent in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
17. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on building long-term business relationships.
18. Ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
19. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
20. A genuine interest in technology and consumer electronics, with a focus on B2B applications and solutions.
21. Willingness and ability to travel both locally and internationally (when required).
What you’ve done
22. 3+ years’ experience in Key account management within a B2B environment
23. Consumer Electronics industry background is advantageous, preferable with experience working with distributors and resellers
24. Proven track record of managing key B2B accounts and delivering measurable results within the DACH region
25. Proven verbal and written communication skills in German and English
26. Experience working with channel partners and handling complex B2B sales processes
