As an Onsite Technician, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT at our Calden location, delivering "wow" experiences to our users.
What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing exceptional service and creative solutions.
* Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
* Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.
What you'll need:
* Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
