YOUR FUTURE TASKS
* International requirements & process management for forwarding processes based on the internal software solution "Seastep"
* Recording and optimization of international operational processes
* Creation, coordination and documentation of English-language process specifications (SOP)
* Maintenance and further development of existing process documentation
* Training employees on the topic of standard processes
* Specification, testing and documentation of requirements for the TMS
* Interface between the international specialist departments (forwarding, accounting, controlling & IT)
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* You have an education in the field of forwarding/logistics/shipping or comparable commercial training
* Competence in the analysis of processes as well as the identification & realization of process improvements
* Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
* You work independently and carefully without losing sight of your goal.
* You are a talented communicator, whether spoken or written, in English or German
* Very good knowledge of Excel
