EMEA Market Manager (f/m/x) clinical Flow Cytometry
Your responsibilities
1. Support EMEA markets with their go-to market strategy and commercial activitites
2. Support execution of Sysmex strategy and business development through information processing, business intelligence and advisory
3. Business/ project management (e.g. price and profitability analysis, monitoring of competitive landscape, etc.) in line with strategic objectives
4. Drive a culture of continous improvement together with commercial organisations in EMEA, leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement
5. Support training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of commercial teams in EMEA, ensuring alignment with best practices and organisational goals
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital and operations to align roll-out of commercial strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, strategic partners and internal teams to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives
Your profile
8. Degree in Business/Marketing related subject
9. Sufficient understanding of clinical flow cytometry/ IVD business preferably
10. Multiple years experience in commercial role, marketing/ sales manager or similar
11. Proficiency in using digital tools, especially CRM and reporting tools
12. Effective communication and fluent in English
13. Think strategically whilst still focusing on the task-related requirements
14. Analyse and interpret data and then make sound directions
15. Strong business orientation and the ability to capture the big picture
