We’re seeking an experienced leader to head our central Service Desk team. As the Team Lead, you’ll establish ITIL- and ITSM-based best practices, ensuring seamless support processes.

* Collaborate on designing, implementing, and organizing our central service desk.
* Define and enforce guidelines for support processes, including incident management, request fulfillment, and problem resolution.
* Lead the onboarding process for new Service Desk agents, fostering a positive, customer-oriented work culture.
* Serve as the central point of communication for customer information, including incident notifications, software releases, and maintenance updates.
* Implement tools (such as ticket tracking, automation, and AI) to streamline service desk operations.
* Direct and prioritize ticket routing and fulfillment.

* Proven leadership experience in IT Service Desk Management.
* Completed studies in business informatics.
* Experienced communication skills in English and German.
