Collaborating closely with the Commercial and Strategy Directors, to ensure seamless integration of initiatives across business units, fostering alignment across departments to drive program success.
1. Lead a cross-functional team to conceptualize and design the future operating model for SunExpress as a 166-aircraft organization.
2. Develop innovative business strategies, including market positioning, product offerings, distribution channels, partnership models (both vertical and horizontal), and commercial capabilities.
3. Establish key business parameters to guide the prioritization of company-wide initiatives and investments.
4. Propose solutions to effectively manage seasonality risks and ensure sustainable growth.
5. Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the programinvestments.

6. Bachelors in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7. A minimum of 7 years’ experience in commercial management, preferably within the airline or aviation industry.
8. Demonstrated experience in commercial strategy development and execution.
9. Proven leadership and communication skills.
10. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
