If so, this role is for you Your Mission As HR Manager for Germany, you will be at the heart of HR operations across multiple sites, ensuring alignment between local HR practices and the company’s global strategy. You’ll be the go-to expert for all HR matters, from talent acquisition and development to fostering a strong company culture. What You’ll Do HR Leadership & Strategy Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across German sites. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee experience. Drive internal communication to ensure transparency and foster engagement. Work closely with leadership to align local HR practices with the company’s global vision. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manage the entire recruitment process—from defining needs with managers to onboarding top talent. Attract and hire specialized profiles (Sales, Quality, IT) while enhancing the employer brand. Ensure a smooth integration for new hires and continuously improve onboarding processes. Employee Development & Growth Identify training needs and implement development programs that elevate skills and competencies. Oversee professional interviews, performance reviews, and career mobility initiatives. Support managers in building high-performing teams and driving professional growth. HR Projects & Compliance Lead HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals. Act as a key liaison with the works council and maintain strong internal relationships. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and labor laws. What We’re Looking For ✔️ Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. ✔️ 5 years of HR experience within a corporate or industrial environment. ✔️ Strong expertise in HR development (recruitment, training, skills development, mobility). ✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality. ✔️ Hands-on experience in project management and acting as a strategic HR partner. ✔️ Business-fluent English and proficiency in HR software (SuccessFactors is a plus). ✔️ Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and inspire.
