Reporting to the Senior Executive VP EMEA, you will manage a plant with 90 employees, specialized in plastics processes such as thermoplastic injection, bi-material injection, thermosetting injection, metal-plastic overmolding and metallization.
Your mission is to guarantee the plant's overall performance (safety, quality, costs, deadlines) while ensuring its strategic development.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work with a dynamic and solid team, real managerial relays to deploy your vision.
Your missions
More specifically, you will:
* Supervise and optimize production activities to meet the requirements of the automotive, electrical and industrial sectors.
* Guarantee product quality and industrial performance.
* Manage budgets, track performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement plans.
* Develop and consolidate relationships with strategic customers, contributing directly to the growth and diversification of the site's activities.
* Lead teams and foster a collaborative working environment, developing employees' skills.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industrial compliance regulations.
You will work closely with the Group's QHSE, Manufacturing, Sales and Purchasing Departments. You are also backed up by the Group support functions.
With a technical or industrial management background, such as an engineer, Master's degree or equivalent, you have at least ten years' successful experience in managerial positions in industry, ideally in the plastics sector. You have a first successful experience in managing a production site, and have acquired a business and commercial vision through your experience.
Your Profile
A solid business vision and the ability to contribute to the commercial development of the business in liaison with customers.
Mastery of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
Skills in budget management, steering performance indicators and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Professional English essential for interacting in an international environment.
Results orientation, curiosity and ability to make strategic decisions.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and build relationships of trust with strategic customers.
The position is located in Brilon (Arnsberg district), between Paderborn and Marburg.
