In this position as Portfolio & Product Specialist within the Media Product Management team is responsible for B2B and B2B2C Products. You concur to release valuable products to our customers You shall develop, launch and maintain the new line of business for consumer convenience. You will work in close synergies with local players and SESers on the field to define and improve market product positioning, offering and releases.

Must Have
* Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs. Prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends and user feedback
* In Cross-Functional Collaboration partner with product engineering, product design, and product marketing teams to drive seamless product development and delivery.
* As part of the User Experience Advocacy, champion an intuitive and engaging SES Media entertainment experience tailored to diverse audiences.
* Take Data-Driven decisions by utilizing analytics and user data to track product performance, inform decisions, and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and successful product releases
* Conduct testing in various TV neighborhoods to gather user feedback, identify potential issues, and ensure the platform meets diverse user segment needs.
* Report on and suggest improvements for selling propositions, product positioning, and solution performance.
* Ensure product releases comply with ESG policies and align with circular business principles for sustainability
Nice to Have
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
o Experience: 5 years in product management, product marketing, or a related role in the media/entertainment or similar consumer industry
o Good knowledge of product development processes, agile methodologies, and analytics tools
o Track record in stakeholder management, and problem-solving
o Industry Knowledge: Passion for media entertainment and user experience best practices
o Fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written) mandatory for portfolio and roadmap execution
