About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to support our sales and marketing efforts at the intersection of e-mobility, EV charging, and digital automation. You will play a key role in developing and managing customer relationships, optimizing sales processes, and utilizing advanced tools, e.g. HubSpot, to drive and enhance lead generation and conversion.
What you can expect
* Work at the interface between marketing, business development and sales teams taking an end-to-end perspective together with a dynamic team
* Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers in the EV charging and e-mobility sector
* Support the development of sales strategies and marketing automation workflows to enhance customer acquisition and retention with the aim to generate a strong pipeline of leads
* Utilize HubSpot for CRM management, lead generation, tracking, and campaign execution
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with digital marketing initiatives
* Assist in the optimization of sales processes and automation tools to improve efficiency
* Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Build strong relationships with potential customers, partners and key stakeholders in the EV charging
About You
* You are outgoing, like to communicate and engage in conversations with other market participants and potential customers
* You have gathered first experiences in sales, business development, or marketing in a B2B technology environment, ideally in EV charging or e-mobility
* You bring with you a good understanding of the EV charging value chain, including infrastructure, software, and market dynamics
* You are passionate about marketing automation and working at the interface of sales and marketing
* You have hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, automation, reporting)
* You add a customer-centric mindset to your strong communication and first negotiation skills
* Your approach to sales is proactive, autonomous, analytical and results-driven
* You are comfortable in a work environment that is fast-paced and dynamic and you enjoy collaborating across teams and functions
* You are fluent in English and German - other languages are a plus
