As Medical Director for Germany, you will lead a team ofhighly talented team medical affairs colleagues that have bothscientific and clinical expertise in Germany and Southern Europe(Italy and Spain). You will lead the team to successfully executeall critical medical affairs functions, which include developingand executing the strategic medical plans for the region, managingkey thought leader relationships, publishing data from sponsoredtrials, disseminating/presenting educational information on theportfolio, answering questions from healthcare clinicians anddisease experts regarding product safety or efficacy that is notaddressed in a products label and supporting research initiativesoutside labelled indications for marketed products. You willcollaborate with the International Regions Medical Head indeveloping medical strategy and ensuring consistency of approachand deliverables for Medical Affairs activities in the region. Youwill ensure that Seqirus vaccine portfolio medical plans aresuccessfully developed and executed to achieve short and long termobjectives and support Seqirus. You will partner with commercialheads and ensures alignment on key strategies, deliverables &communication. You will serve as Influenza and other vaccineschion/expert, effectively negotiating with & influencing keyinternal & external stakeholders. Develop and lead a committedand innovative Central and Southern Europe Medical Affairs Teamwith the following objectives: Provide quality and strategicmedical input to achieve successful medical objectives for Seqirusvaccines in Central and Southern Europe Engage with externalexperts, research partners, public health, and governmentstakeholders to promulgate Seqirus scientific platform and enhancecompany reputation. Provide medical governance intodecision making and issue management and external communications. Ensure local pharmacovigilance compliance. In this exciting rolewill report to the Head of Medical, International Region and willyou will provide medical leadership for Seqirus Vaccine Portfolio.There will also be the opportunity to collaborate and partner forthe delivery of Medical Affairs strategy in Austria andSwitzerland.
