Join our team responsible for developing and operationalizing the production strategy at Audi. As part of the Audi strategy and the corporate production strategy, we lead the production futurist team, identify future action areas, and contribute to location strategies worldwide. # You will complete a first project within your target field Production Strategy, with a main focus on operationalization and rollout of the Audi production strategy within the Audi production network.
# In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
# In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
# You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
# After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field Production Strategy.
Project Description
# University degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or digital business or similar required with specialization in strategic corporate management, innovation management or digital innovation and corporate leadership required.
# Above-average academic performance
# Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
# Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
# Fluent English and business fluent German language required
