About the Position We are looking for a 6-month intern to support us with business development in the public sector in UKI in our office in Stuttgart, Germany (starting ASAP). What you will be doing Approximately 60% of your time will be spent managing the UKI team HUBSPOT CRM data, and supporting the central Marketing & Communications team, who are responsible for the HUHBSPOT operations. Quality – taking responsibility for ensuring the UKI team’s contact data is accurate, clean and up to date. Quantity – taking responsibility for building up the volume of new data across different professional sectors and geographies. Identifying, refining, collating and uploading new contacts using various app tools & AI. The remainder of time will be spent supporting UKI business development team: Preparing for and supporting weekly New Business meeting. Preparing for and supporting weekly email campaigns. Preparing for and supporting monthly live webinars. Preparing for and supporting daily client meetings online. Supporting the development of client proposals. Researching the UKI Smart Cities market to stay up to date also with public funds, and news in the sector. Weekly & daily UKI team check-ins responding to ad hoc request of support from the UKI project delivery team. What you can bring in Excellent communication skills. Tech-driven and data searching initiative. Interest in working with an international and multidisciplinary team. Ability to deliver high-quality results in independent work. Good command of MS Office tools. Working knowledge of HubSpot would be an advantage Experience in the field of smart/sustainable cities/urban planning would be an asset. Your profile Following a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales, or similar. Compulsory internship as part of the curriculum is mandatory.
