Job Description
We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager, Product Analytics - (Logistics, Service) to join the Central Service team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
You will be responsible for leveraging data insights that support the Service team in achieving their vision by driving customer experience at a sustainable cost. The outcome of your team’s work will drive product decisions and enhance overall product performance that supports our vision
1. You will lead a team of product analysts and shape the team organization in one of the fastest-growing business units within Delivery Hero, Service Logistics. You will be also responsible for the team performance and growth
2. You will engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business goals, requirements, and priorities and help translate them into roadmaps
3. You will work closely with our data science team to design and implement metrics that help us better understand the performance of our products
4. Your team will be responsible for identifying what service experiences drive the best customer retention, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
5. You are up-to-date with cutting-edge developments in your area of focus and look for the right opportunities to apply them
In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.
Qualifications
6. 8+ years of experience as a Product or Data Analyst in a dynamic environment, including a minimum of 2 years leading teams - ideally with a broad mission scope or multiple stakeholders
7. Strong expertise in SQL, including advanced query optimization for optimal performance
8. Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
9. Strong business acumen in e-commerce or related product industries
10. Self-motivated with a meticulous working style, you thrive as a team player, always focused on bringing out the best in your team
11. Strong knowledge of at least one reporting tool (, Tableau, QlikView, Looker, MicroStrategy, Periscope) and experience with big data tools (, Redshift, BigQuery)
12. You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering
13. Excellent English communication skills
