A Snapshot of Your Day As our Vendor Manager (f/m/d) in Global Mobility Management, you will be actively shaping the future of our business. Your day will start in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you will be working with a supportive global team that values your development. The main tasks in this role will be managing our global vendor system, negotiating contracts jointly with Procurement, and formulating policies with suppliers. You will be responsible for setting medium and long-term objectives, implementing a performance management system, and dealing with vendor grievances. Your proactive attitude will help you analyze market conditions, manage budgets, and prepare comprehensive reports. How You'll Make an Impact Lead Negotiations as GMM Expert and Policy Formulation: Represent our GMM team in key contract negotiations jointly with Procurement, and craft innovative policies with suppliers Vendor Discovery and Engagement: Seek out and engage with expert vendors, determining their availability and terms of sales to optimize our operations Performance Management: Set strategic objectives and implement a robust performance management system for our vendors, ensuring their alignment with our global mobility management strategy Contract Management: Develop and implement comprehensive contract management instructions, policies, and procedures that drive our business forward Program Delivery: Manage and deliver a portfolio of major vendor management programs, meeting the requirements of our organizational GMM strategy Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and delivery systems to assess present and future vendor availability, contributing to our proactive approach towards business growth What You Bring University degree or Post-Graduate qualification (Master's Degree) with longstanding, substantial experience in your area of expertise Profound knowledge in Global Mobility Management topics and partner management Analytical mindset, a "can do" attitude, with proficiency in problem-solving, capable of working independently and as part of a team Proactive and quickly adaptable to the specific requirements of Global Mobility Management in a fast-paced business environment Fluent English language skills are required (mandatory) About the Team In our Business Functions we enable our organization to reach their targets by providing best-in class services and solutions in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy & Technology and more.
