Are you looking to accelerate STADA''s pipeline through your patent activities within a globally operating IP team and contribute to our growth? Join our global Intellectual Property Team and support us as a Patent Manager Patent Litigation (f/m/d).
What you can expact
* You will handle the patent related support for new product launches as well as for existing products. This includes processing and responding to validity inquiries or cease and desist letters from rights holders, as well as coordinating the filing of protective letters.
* You will work alongside our external patent attorneys to challenge third party technical rights by coordinating nullity, cancellation, and European opposition proceedings.
* In the event of interim injunction proceedings and patent infringement lawsuits, you will take charge of the defense in collaboration with our external patent and legal counsel.
* You will prepare decision makers for market launches that involve patent related risks.
* Additionally, you will be responsible for processing settlement agreements and license agreements.
* You will develop defense strategies and strategies for introducing patent critical new products.
Who We Are Looking For
* A completed degree in chemistry or pharmacy is required.
* Ideally, you should be a qualified patent attorney or patent assessor.
* It would be an advantage if you have passed the European Qualifying Examination.
* Experience and strong knowledge of European and German patent law are essential.
* You should have experience and a solid understanding of patent litigation.
* Previous professional experience in the patent department of an industrial company would be ideal.
* A meticulous, reliable, dedicated, and independent working style is important to us.
* You should possess a sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
