In this role you are responsible for the following topics:
1. Lead a team of quality managers in Europe and Asia
2. Develop a high performance quality team
3. Driving systematic problem-solving process
4. Facilitate and drive continuous improvement
5. Interact with customer and improve customer satisfaction
6. Member of the Gerresheimer Quality Council and representative of the business unit
Qualifications
7. Bachelor- or Master degree in the area of Engineering or similar
8. Minimum 10 years working within Quality area and 5 years working as Quality manager, preferably for a supplier to the pharma industry
9. Have been working with customers connected with quality and with regulatory issues
10. Very strong in quality and regulatory area within Pharma and / or devices
11. Knowledge to all basic standards – e.g. ISO 9001
12. Fluent in English and German, Polish and French as a plus
13. Strong communication skills
14. Self-motivated and business sense
15. Willingness to travel and high intercultural competencies
