A Day in Your Life at MKS: We are looking for an exceptional Senior Human Resources Manager/Business Partner who can be the trusted partner to the Global Senior Business Leaders in our Materials Solutions Division (MSD). Working with the Senior Director Human Resources for MSD and the HR Centers of Excellence, you will translate business strategy into talent and organization strategy. You Will Make an Impact By: Assisting in the development and ongoing review of the overall people strategy for the division and ensuring implementation in the Business Units. Acting as a visible and enthusiastic leader of the strategy and people. Acting as a single point of contact for global business leaders on all talent issues and organizational development strategies and tactics. Providing coaching, counseling, and consulting to managers on a broad range of talent-related topics, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and HR function initiatives. Helping the organization grow by diagnosing gaps between current and desired organizational culture and performance. Partnering with global business leaders and regional HR teams to plan, manage, and lead organizational change processes to improve organizational culture and effectiveness. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve team or individual effectiveness and relationships in the business through appropriate interventions. Partnering with the talent and regional HR teams to evolve and embed talent strategies that enable diversity, inclusion, and engagement. Facilitating Employee Engagement by working closely with the MSD global leadership team to develop specific action plans, leading focus group processes, ensuring ongoing communication, and measuring progress towards goals. Working with the regional HR teams to proactively drive positive employee relations in the division and to identify and address potential issues, if any. Skills You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related discipline with human resources experience preferably as a HR Manager, Generalist, Business Partner, HR Consultant or related. Demonstrate a thorough understanding and prior experience as a HR Strategic Partner to the Business. Experience managing change, shaping culture, coaching leaders, developing talent, managing risk and ensuring compliance. Demonstrate strong leadership, team building, facilitation, relationship building and consultation skills. Proven success of working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact. Experience of having worked with teams across multiple geographies. Demonstrated ability to address difficult issues through critical thinking, troubleshooting and solving problems with confidence Demonstrate strong customer focus and orientation Demonstrate strong organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
