Objective As the Country Manager for France, you will manage YesStyle.com's business operations in the country - developing, implementing and supporting growth plans to drive YesStyle's business growth establishing the YesStyle brand as the market leader for Korean & Asian cosmetics. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy and Business Development: Develop, plan and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives (online and offline) to achieve sales targets in France. Develop partnerships and collaborations to position YesStyle.com as the leader for Asian cosmetics in the country. Website Management: Ensure that our French language online shop presence and content are always optimally localized and updated for the French market. Digital Marketing: Work with our internal specialist teams as well as external agencies to drive sales and reach through various marketing channels. Marketing channels include search marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media and influencer marketing. Networking/customer relationship management: Represent YesStyle in at industry events, conferences and trade fairs, establish a presence for YesStyle and identify potential partnerships. Requirements University or technical college degree with a background in (digital) marketing / e-commerce 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably with several years in the beauty sector Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking with the passion to drive growth in a company in a targeted manner Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with an international team and build business partnerships Fluency in French and English
