Join Lepaya!
In our journey to becoming the #1 upskilling service for companies like ING, Dell, Freudenberg and Picnic, we are building industry-focused Sales Teams consisting of Strategic Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives (BDR’s). We are looking for BDR’s who can scout within these accounts to build a network, spot opportunities, and open the black box. This BDR is a true networker!
Imagine this: Lepaya is determined to conquer the FMCG sector, with companies like Unilever, Ahold, Pepsico, and P&G. Together with the Account Manager, you will pursue two types of programs: first-time leaders & commercial teams. In the next 4 weeks you will be:
* Booking and having meetings with junior HR/L&D specialists to understand how L&D is organized within the accounts.
* Sitting down with Marketing to connect on a modern marketing strategy.
* Meeting with senior managers and directors to understand the business needs and existing solutions.
* Identifying potential projects that Lepaya wants to qualify for.
* Having shared introduction meetings with the account director.
On a daily basis, you will be connected to the account manager, as you work closely together. You will inform them where to focus and prepare a demo for tomorrow’s intro meeting with a new stakeholder.
You enjoy being the eyes and ears of Lepaya, spending time with key accounts. You are a true connector, gathering valuable information to fine-tune our proposition.
You come up with smart ideas on how to identify new opportunities and how to approach potential customers. You will work closely with marketing and other Lepayans to access new stakeholders within the accounts.
What you’ll bring

* Previous experience in business development, sales, or acquisition.
* Fluency in German & English.
* A team player buzzing with ideas and energy.
* Comfortable reaching out to buying personas up to director level.
Your first-year achievements
* Increase Lepaya's market share by generating and qualifying warm leads through customer contact via email, telephone, events, and networking.
* Identify needs and wishes of prospects and customers.
* Identify opportunities for Lepaya and develop them into concrete plans.
* Increase Lepaya's brand awareness.
* Contribute to the improvement of our account strategies.
