About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven BI Analyst with a strong focus on Web and SEO Data to join our agency team. In this role, you will analyze website performance, search engine rankings, and digital marketing data for multiple clients across various industries. You will collaborate with internal marketing, product and technical teams to optimize client digital strategies based on data-driven recommendations.
Tasks
* Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio and other BI tools to visualize key client metrics.
* Analyze web analytics and SEO data from sources such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other relevant tools for multiple client accounts.
* Provide on-demand analysis on organic search performance, keyword rankings and competitor analysis to guide SEO strategies.
* Monitor website traffic, user behavior and SEO performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for our clients.
* Work with structured data formats (JSON, XML) and APIs to extract, process, and visualize data.
* Collaborate with marketing, content and development teams to align insights with client business goals.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all client reports and analyses.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web analytics, SEO, and BI tools to improve client services.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or a related field, with a focus on web, marketing and/or SEO data (e.g. Google Search Console)
* Strong hands-on experience with BI visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI and Looker Studio.
* Understanding of how web analytics and organic search data are collected, structured and interpreted.
* Proficiency in DAX and PowerQuery M for data processing and automation.
* Experience with web APIs for data extraction and automation.
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data processing and automation
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for your clients
* Experience working with digital marketing & data engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications (Big Plus)
* Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb and similar platforms is a plus
* Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Snowflake.
* Familiarity with data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
* Knowledge of SQL, Python.
* Understanding of Technical SEO (TechSEO), including Core Web Vitals (CWV) and Chrome User Experience Report (CrUX).
* Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) for analytics and automation.
