Tasks & responsibilities You will assist in digital projects for the Global Crisis and Business Continuity Management System at Boehringer Ingelheim. You will support the customization of the Crisis Team App (MS Power Apps) to the needs of the regions. You will contribute to various projects by performing assigned tasks and collaborating with team members. You will assist in preparing and organizing training sessions for staff on crisis response and business continuity procedures. You will help prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports. Of course, you will have the possibility of pursuing your own interests and receiving mentorship to help you grow professionally. Requirements We are open to applications from a variety of backgrounds: Whether you are enrolled in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Informatics, IT, or a related field: it is most important for us that you are interested in Crisis and Business Continuity Management as well as digitalization topics. You should already be familiar with working with Microsoft Office applications like MS Teams, MS Power Apps, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint. Of course, there will always be someone to guide you, nonetheless, you should have the ability to work independently.
