How you support our team Strategic Management of the Replenishment Process: You will be responsible for the global management and optimization of ordering and replenishment processes to ensure continuous and optimal product availability. Global Inventory Planning and Continuous Optimization: By analyzing global inventory levels, demand trends, and product movements, you will ensure optimal distribution of goods while considering demand, lead times, capacities, and various company objectives, as well as different sales channels (including S&OP). Process Development and Optimization: You will develop and implement processes to continuously improve the entire supply chain, applying Lean principles and best practices. Your strong knowledge of international SCM processes—particularly in demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and 3PL management—will help enhance efficiency and transparency in the supply chain. Reporting and Performance Analysis: You will create KPI-driven analyses and reports for performance monitoring and implement data-driven measures to increase efficiency. Technology and System Optimization: You will contribute to the further development and implementation of IT solutions for inventory and order management, including WMS and ERP systems. What sets you apart Professional Experience: At least 7 years of experience in global replenishment and order management, with a strong focus on B2B processes, operational 3PL management, planning, and operational excellence in a dynamic business environment. Analytical Skills: Strong competence in data-driven analysis and optimization of inventory and replenishment processes. Lean and Process Management Knowledge: Experience in applying Lean principles, continuous improvement, and project management—ideally with a Green or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in OMS, WMS, ERP, and BI tools for managing and analyzing replenishment and ordering processes. Strong Communication Skills: Confident and assertive presence with excellent international communication skills to effectively manage teams and external partners. Monitoring of Service Provider Quality: Continuous evaluation and oversight of external partners to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and consistently high quality standards. Leadership Competence: Ideally, experience in leading international teams with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
