The Role We are currently looking to hire a Facilities Planner (f/m/d) who will take care of the further expansion and planning of the manufacturing infrastructure. In your daily work, you will act as a contact person for all matters relating to facility planning/management and will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of projects. To join our team, you should be excited to: Accompanying cleanroom planning and execution The coordination of all maintenance measures, inspections, servicing and repairs Independent optimization of building-relevant systems Management and coordination of internal and external employees Plant planning and waste management For general project management in the field of facility planning/management. You will mainly be responsible for: Technical optimization Process improvement Logistical system support Your Qualifications: Five years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply engineering (TGA), electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field Knowledge of performance optics Proactive and versatile personality Organized, structured, and highly flexible Strong analytical and communication skills Fluency in written and spoken German and English Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement Our work culture People Over Processes.
