PositionOverview The Brand Manager Germany will be primarily responsiblefor supporting the development and implementation of brand strategyand tactics across Germany, for current and future tests. The mainfunction of this role will be to support regional brand planning,reporting to the Marketing and Healthcare Solutions Lead andworking closely with relevant cross functional and country leads toplan, develop and deliver excellent and timely content, materialsand programs in line with brand strategy. The Brand Manager willwork in close collaboration with Country Managers, MarketingManager, National Sales Manager, Medical Manager, Field teams andFinance teams. The position is based in the Munich office, Germany.Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: -Development of brand strategy and lead, identified key tacticalinitiatives and materials from design to implementation – ensuringcountry teams adapt, execute and implement consistently andeffectively (e.g. brand promotional materials, messages and claims,media materials, effective channel selection according toomnichannel, digital and online programs and materials) - Support astrategic marketing mindset through championing our brands, sharingbest practice, supporting consistency of implementation anddemonstrating clarity of our Marketing strategy and working closelywith the international team - Responsible for the development andexecution of external stakeholder engagement plans in coordinationwith cross-functional teams - Tactical implementation - Work inclose collaboration with commercial and medical teams to ensuretactics are relevant and in line with brand strategy - MaterialsApproval - Ensure all materials and activities are compliant,timely and high quality, collaborating with medical and complianceteams and using approval systems effectively. - Monitorimplementation of tactical plan, reporting progress to MarketingManager - Uphold company mission and values through accountability,innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. - Support and complywith the company’s policies and procedures. - Act with an inclusionmindset and model these behaviors for the organization. -Communication skills – Clear, concise and motivating – ability toappreciate and adapt to cultural differences. - Creativity – Desireand ability to explore new ways of doing things – ideally withexperience in implementing novel ideas - Marketing Planning – Goodunderstanding of the principles of Marketing strategy fromsituational analysis to tactical planning; ability to articulateMarketing priorities and the role of Marketing within theorganization - Marketing Channels – understanding of the differentmarketing channels; the role of digital, of advertising andpromotion within the marketing mix - Project Management – abilityto plan, manage, implement and review marketing projects – withstrong prioritization and time management skills - AnalyticalSkills – ability to interpret complex data (both scientific andcommercial) and draw conclusions to support marketing plans andactivity - Resourceful Team-player – a self-motivated problemsolver who enjoys being part of a small and fast paced team -Travel Requirements: 20%+ Travel.
