Job Description
The Field Service Representative is a professional service provider in the water treatment industry. She or he provides on-site services at our major accounts in the assigned geographic area (Kassel Area).
What your day might look like:
1. Perform on-site chemical testing and program follow-up
2. Customer reporting/Data processing with the use of our InSight platform
3. First line trouble shooting for Cooling, Boiler, Water & Waste and Industrial process water treatment applications
4. Execute Site Surveys, Equipment Start up and Commissioning
5. Management of Repairs/Maintenance/warrantee
6. Retain strong verbal and written contact with customers
7. Minor assembly operations, as required
8. Project coordination
9. Support costing of contracts.
10. Follow and conduct technical trainings
11. Fulfill Piloting and Field trials when required
12. Participate in the local team meetings to share best practices
13. Comply with integrity and safety as required by Veolia policies
14. Report all work related accidents (including vehicle), diseases, dangerous occurrences, near misses, incidents and damage to property to Line Manager and EHS Manager.

27. Computer proficiency – adeptness with Google Tools and online data management
28. Strong aptitude for teamwork & communication
29. Capacity to prioritize and manage deliverables within a high-paced work environment
Requirements & Qualifications
This role is ideally suited for individuals currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, or Mechanical) or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) program in Chemistry. Consideration will also be extended to other science-based technical programs and degrees.
