Customer Service Officer (M/F/D)
Responsibilities:
1. Managing all customer care tasks; from processing customer orders and quotations to ensuring timely dispatch and documentation
2. Tracking offers and orders and taking appropriate action
3. Recording and tracking complaints
4. Updating the customer database in the merchandise management system
5. Building and maintaining professional customer relationships and increasing customer proximity
Qualifications:
6. Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
7. Customer and market-oriented work, with strong problem-solving skills
8. Experience in working with distributors
9. Very good knowledge of German and English
10. Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills
